Click on your workers to perform the tasks for you. Each worker has a different task. You earn money for mining and moving the ores.
Using that money, you can upgrade your mineshaft or any other resources you want. You can also hire new employees for better management of your employees and your resources. You can also upgrade your employees for quicker work.
